Early Postpartum Recovery:
It is never too early to facilitate healing and recovery following birth (vaginal or c-section)! This class focuses on the first 2-4 weeks for postpartum recovery and is appropriate for new moms and women nearing labor and delivery. Be prepared to some light core exercises created to help safely tone your pelvic floor and core and facilitate healing!
Topics covered in this workshop include:
•Self care strategies for perineal tears and/or c-section scars
•Abdominal wall and pelvic floor protection
•Diastasis recti assessment
•Safe core strengthening exercises
•Safe return to exercise
