Sex after Birth:
Sex after birth can be a little nerve-racking not to mention painful (not for everyone but for some). Join sex therapist, Dr. Elizabeth Watt, and pelvic health specialist and physical therapist, Dr. Amanda Nayfield to learn strategies for returning to pain-free and fear-free intimacy.
Sex after kids can be different but it doesn’t have to be “worse” or “not as good.” Different can be better too!
Couples, individuals, babies, and people of all genders welcome.
