Our physical health is so often tied to our emotional and mental health.  For this reason BCHM is committed to the emotional and mental well being of our clients.  During your visit we work hard to hold a healing space and to hear your story.   We can then screen, talk about, and help to treat common mood disorders in women throughout their life time.  Finally, we work closely with mental health providers in our community to connect you to the support you need.  Below is a list of current resources we often refer to when working with our clients.

Support Groups

The Village Circle: Support for Pregnant and Postpartum Mothers.  A weekly drop-in group every Wednesday @ BCHM 6:30-8, and Thursdays from 10am-11:30AM where women can speak their truths about motherhood in a the safety of a non-judgmental, advice-free, empowering environment.    


 Mending Baby Loss: A support group for grieving parents in Whatcom County who have lost a baby following a miscarriage, stillbirth, newborn death, termination for medical reasons, or any other loss within the first year of life.
